Janet Willows and Taks

Janet Willows is a Coordinator, like Neth. She's a tap dancer, and a damn good one.

She is half Cinnabarian, twenty-one, a resident of Fallarbor Town, and has been blind since she was about seventeen from a Seviper attack back when she was in Ranger Academy. The doctors saved her looks but not her vision, and so all she can really make out is shapes in bright light if they're backlit. (Her eyes were blue before the accident.)

Taks, her Meowth, taps with her. She also guides her around--she's got metallic paw pads after Janet asked her to get mods and she agreed.
